On-site service and maintenance
We offer full UK coverage with servicing plans in order to maintain your machine in excellent condition.
All our services include a comprehensive multi point inspection of the machine, including all electrics, hydraulics, as well as all moving parts. Our engineer will undertake a full health and safety review of all machines that we service to ensure full compliance. After a service, a full engineers report will be available and can be uploaded to the WMR Web Portal for the customers records.
We have our own engineers available throughout the UK and attend call outs, usually on the same day, but guarantee as a maximum 48 hours. Our hourly rates are some of the most competitive in the UK and our experienced engineers can service any make of baler and compactor and not just those supplied by us. We offer the following three maintenance packages in addition to our standard warranties.
Standard
Our scheduled service is the simple way to avoid costly and disruptive breakdowns and also to demonstrate your commitment to the health and safety of your employees.
- Available on all machines supplied by WMR and alternative machines
- Two preventative maintenance visits per year
- Annual or monthly payment
- Certified Health and Safety, hydraulics and electrical testing
Priority
Our priority service offers all of the features of the standard service with the addition of the following services.
- All machine parts included
- Unlimited engineers travel and first hour labour on site included
Master Cover
- Available on any machine in the WMR range
- Unlimited no cost maintenance and repair
- No cost machine replacement after 12 months for persistent faults
- Includes the rental cost of the machine
What is Machinery maintenance?
