We offer full UK Coverage with servicing plans keep your machine in tip-top condition.
While we have full confidence in all the machinery that we supply which is backed up by the standard warranty that we offer on our equipment it is important to have your machine serviced on a regular basis as this helps to identify possible problems and enables you to arrange planned preventative maintenance at a time that is convenient to you and your business.
All our services include the following inspection areas, Health & Safety decals, all moving parts, electrics, hydraulics including topping up oil and general cleaning of machine. After any service a full engineers report will be remain at the customer’s site for their H&S and quality records.
We have engineers available through out the UK and attend call outs usually on the same day but guarantee as a maximum 24 hours. Our hourly rates are some of the cheapest in the UK and our experienced engineers can service any make of baler and compactor and not just those supplied by us. We offer the following three maintenance packages in addition to our standard warranties.

Standard
Our scheduled service is the simple way to avoid costly and disruptive breakdowns and also to demonstrate your commitment to the health and safety of your employees.
- Available on all machines supplied by WMR and alternative machines.

Our priority service offers all of the features of the standard service with the addition of the following services.

- No cost machine replacement after 12 months for persistent faults
- Includes the rental cost of the machine
